The Environmental Health Assessment
Team (EHAT) was founded in 2002.
Its citizen members advise the Island
County Board of Health. Since
its inception, EHAT has consisted
of a team of 15 to 26 Island County
residents. In January
2008,
EHAT merged with CHAB to facilitate
broader input from community stakeholders
on community health issues.
The Health Department provides
staff
support and advice on technical matters.
EHAT members represent a broad
range
of Island County's geographic areas
and ways of thinking. |
