Aquifer testing performed in support of the Island County Code 8.09.099 (Seawater Intrusion Protection) shall follow the guidelines set forth by the State Department of Ecology in WRIS Information Bulletin No. 30. Any deviation from these guidelines must be approved by the Island County Health Department in advance.
