Free Family Planning Services are offered at the Oak Harbor Community Services Office (CSO) located at 656 SE Bayshore Drive in Oak Harbor. 

Services are provided by a Public Health Nurse and include:

  • Pregnancy Testing

  • Birth Control Counseling & Education

  • STD Counseling & Education

  • Home or Office Visits

  • Reproductive Health Education

  • Referrals to Community Resources
