Land Use Review
                         

This program reviews development proposals submitted to the Island County Planning department for potential public health impacts and conformance with local and state health codes. Staff associated with this program attend pre-submission conferences and public hearings to present analyses and recommendations. Land use reviews are also coordinated with other departments.
