8.08B.130 Non-Conforming Solid Waste Handling Facilities 

When a Solid Waste Handling Facility not fully meeting this regulation applies to the Health Department for a Permit, a Permit for a non-conforming site may be issued at the Health Officer’s discretion.  The conditions of the Permit shall be outlined by the Health Officer and shall include a schedule of compliance or a Closure schedule as appropriate. 

8.08B.140 Beneficial Use Permit Exemptions 

Beneficial Use Permit exemption - Applicability. Any Person may apply to the Department for exemption from the Permitting requirements of this chapter for Beneficial Use of Solid Waste. Applications for Permit exemptions shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of WAC 173-350-140.
