8.08B.270 Other Methods of Solid Waste Handling
A.
Other methods of Solid Waste Handling - Applicability.
This section applies to other methods of Solid Waste Handling not specifically
identified elsewhere in this regulation, nor excluded from this regulation.
B.
Other methods of Solid Waste Handling - Requirements.
Owners and operators of Solid Waste Handling facilities subject to this section
shall:
1.
Comply
with the requirements in ICC 8.08B.060;
and
2.
Obtain a
Permit in accordance with the provisions of ICC 8.08B.090 from the Health Department. Permit applications shall
be submitted in accordance with the provisions of ICC 8.08B.100 and shall include information required in ICC
8.08B.110, and any other information as may be required by the Health
Department.
8.08B.280 Groundwater Monitoring
Owners and operators of Landfills, Piles, and Surface Impoundments that are required to perform groundwater monitoring under WAC 173-350 must comply with the groundwater monitoring requirements of WAC 173-350-500.
