This is a project in collaboration with Children's Services which provides home visits and case management services including support, referrals, and education in developing parenting and coping skills. Shared goals with families include a better use of the health care system; a decrease in accidental and non-accidental injuries, developmental delays, behavioral and emotional problems, as well as other potential risks of child abuse and neglect.
