You may download a Washington State application request for a certified copy of your marriage certificate, a death certificate, or your divorce certificate by clicking here.

For faster service, we can access Birth Certificates for any persons born in Washington State since 1924. You do not have to send to Olympia, which can take many weeks. We access them on a daily basis, and they can usually be gotten on the same day. Applications are available from our office in Coupeville and also on South Whidbey (321-5111 ext 7351), or you may download the application here. Expedited birth certificates and other vital records from agencies in 48 states are available on the internet on a fee-for-service basis by FAX or Phone from VitalCheck Network Inc. (toll free: 1-800-255-2414). See their web site for further information.
