Island County has adopted new hours in some offices. Four offices in the Island County Courthouse Administration Building in Coupeville – Human Resources, the Treasurer, Assessor, and Auditors’ office – will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning Monday, March 2
Other offices in the courthouse, such as Planning and Community Development, Public Works, Health, Sheriff, Prosecuting Attorney, and the courts are not affected by the change, remaining open to the public as usual from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. WSU Extension will be closed on Fridays.
