Community Connections is a
program set up to bring parents and teens together. The goals of this educational program are to increase communication and understanding within the families, stimulate goal setting, get the family in touch with community resources, and to have fun!

12 Hours

Wednesday Evenings
5:00-8:00 p.m.

Youth and Parent (or other connected adult) must attend all sessions to complete the program.
