WHEN DO I NEED A PERMIT?

  Applications must be submitted in person NO later than 3pm daily
  Plan for at least 60 minutes in the office when turning in an application.
 
These Forms may be printed and submitted.

Then, select and print the appropriate supplement application for your project.  Submit both the master application and the supplement (list below) to the building department for review:

PLAN REVIEW KEY


This PLAN REVIEW KEY has been developed and is being used by Island County Planning & Community Development effective February 7, 2005, in an effort to standardize common corrections and speed review of your application.  If you have any questions please contact the Plans Examiner who completed your review.  We are also interested in any comments you have to improve this Legend.

ADDITIONAL BUILDING REQUIREMENTS THAT MAY APPLY:_________________________________________________________________________

AICUZ Noise Zone - If you are within a Noise Zone you will be required to meet additional requirements by the County. Maps are available on our Maps webpage
