WHEN DO I NEED A PERMIT?

Applications must be submitted in person NO later than 3pm daily
Plan for at least 60 minutes in the office when turning in an application.
These Forms may be printed and submitted.

2006 International Building Code is in effect

First, download the master permit application (below):

Then, select and print the appropriate supplement application for your project. Submit both the master application and the supplement (list below) to the building department for review:

If you have any questions please contact the Plans Examiner who completed your review. We are also interested in any comments you have to improve this Legend.

AICUZ Noise Zone - If you are within a Noise Zone you will be required to meet additional requirements by the County. Maps are available on our Maps webpage.
