Welcome
to Island
County Code
Enforcement. This
process
includes
accepting
complaints,
performing
in-house
research and
on-site
investigation,
collection of
evidence and
in the event
of a
violation, a
variety of
enforcement
responses.
The
enforcement
program
operates on a
formal
complaint
basis, which
means public
involvement is
crucial.
Public input
and
participation
is welcome and
appreciated.
Formal
Complaint
Investigation
Forms can be

party
explaining the
infraction and
requesting
voluntary
compliance. In
situations
where attempts
at voluntary
compliance
fail or in
cases of more
severe
violations, an
Administrative
Enforcement
Order is
issued.
