Island County’s Homeowner Septic Training (HOST) has been transitioned from the Planning Department to Environmental Health’s Liquid Waste (On-Site Septic) Program. It is anticipated that the Health Department will post their new HOST schedule in the spring. No classes are being offered at this time.
