UP-DATES
Planning
is a continuous process and the various emergency management
plans must be reviewed and up-dated on a regular basis.
Some plans like the CEMP are required to be reviewed annually,
at least in part. At this time, DEM is reviewing some
or all of the following plans:
CEMP 2009 Plan Revisions
The ISland County CEMP is beingcompletely revised and restructured to match the structure of the National Response Framework (NRF). The revised CEMP will be issued as Edition 2 and is expected to be presented to the BOICC for adoption in December 2009.

Island
County Emergency Operations Plan (EOP)
The
EOP is the internal plan that outlines the basic operations
of the county Emergency Operations Center or EOC. An interim
version of the EOP has been completed and is available at:
