LEGAL HOLIDAYS FOR 2008

Civil Law and Motion Calendar.  The Civil Law and Motion Calendar is heard on Monday of each week as follows:

9:00 a.m. - Closed hearings including adoptions.

9:30 a.m. - Civil Law and Motion Calendar

Pro Se Dissolution Calendar is heard at 8:30 a.m. on Friday of each week.

Ex Parte Calendar -- The ex parte calendar shall be heard on Tuesday through Friday at 1:00 p.m. 

Court Commissioner Calendar shall be heard on Wednesday as follows:

8:30 a.m. - Shelter care hearings.  (Shelter Care hearings shall also be heard when necessary because of time requirements, at 8:30 a.m. on Fridays.)

9:00 a.m. - Paternity actions.

9:30 a.m. - Juvenile court routine hearings and reviews regarding dependencies, at-risk youth and CHINS proceedings.

1:00 p.m. - Domestic Violence and Anti-Harassment.

3:00 p.m. - Truancies.
