ACCESS TO COURT RECORDS

The majority of the cases filed since 2007 are available for viewing in the lobby of the Law and Justice Facility (courthouse).

Records older than five years or that are not currently active, may be located at the Offsite County Storage facility. It is recommended that you contact the Clerk’s Office at (360) 679-7359, then press ext. 6 (there will be a long pause) for availability of court files.

If you are unable to come to the Clerk’s Office to obtain copies, you may also do so by mail or by internet. You can obtain records at Clerkepass.com, certified and non-certified.

Noncertified Document Charges – the fee is $.50 per page.

Certified Document Charges – the fee is $5.00 for the first page and $1.00 per page thereafter of each document. It is important that you verify with the entity you are sending the certified copy to, as to whether they need a raised seal or not. If the entity needs a raised seal, you will have to contact the Clerk’s Office; Clerkepass.com is not able to provide a raised seal.

If you do not know your case number, you can go to this link http://dw.courts.wa.gov to look it up.
